WATT The Health offers a total of 4600m² of office and event space spread across four floors. The project is currently under development and will feature all the amenities expected of a modern business center.
Additionally, we focus on maximizing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a healthy work environment, and fostering a relaxed atmosphere. Renting an office here gives your company a distinctive appeal, making it a valuable asset in the search for new talent.

WATT The Health gives oxygen to your business. The building exudes space and freedom, both literally and figuratively. Large windows create a seamless transition between the workplace and the outside world, allowing natural light to flood the spaces during the day and fresh air to flow in abundantly.
The site is located on a campus with a 6500-square-meter park. It’s a green environment where working becomes a breeze: enjoy sports in our indoor garden after lunch, utilize the meeting terraces on each floor, or take your guests to the rooftop to treat them to breathtaking views of the Ghent skyline.

In our plug & play event space on the top floor, with its large, folding windows, you’ll feel almost outdoors. It serves as the perfect setting for corporate events, workshops, product launches, and can also be configured as a venue for private events.

At WATT The Health, we are committed to sustainability, on which mobility has a significant impact. Not only is the location easily accessible by public transport, there are also numerous facilities for electric vehicle and bike charging, and we focus on promoting shared mobility as much as possible.
Timing
Start of demolition works
The phased demolition of the old, unused buildings on the site started in mid-October 2023.
Renovation
Demolition works and renovation of the floors above the AZ Maria Middelares polyclinic, where WATT The Health will be located.
Completion
Completion is scheduled for Q2 2025, but you can already sign up for office space for your business now!
